📋 Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nocturnal Devs regarding your use of the Calorie Log mobile application.

✅ Eligibility

To use Calorie Log, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

📱 License to Use

Nocturnal Devs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to modify, copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.

🍎 App Features

Calorie Log provides food logging and nutrition tracking features including photo analysis, barcode scanning, manual entry, progress tracking, and personalized goal setting.

⚠️ Medical Disclaimer

Nutritional estimates are approximations and may not be 100% accurate. Consult healthcare professionals before making dietary changes.

👤 User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate profile information
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Take responsibility for securing your device and data

💡 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Nocturnal Devs, including software code, design, logos, and documentation.

🚫 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition estimates and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
